1. In which situation we accept the return?
1) The product encounter crash in shipping. If you encounter such problem, please report to local DHL, UPS, EMS or post office and ask they provide package damage paper work. Send this paper work and package picture to us, we will ask shipping company for compensate and ship you new package once we got those paper works.
2) The product not working when you receive it. Please do not hesitate to contact us within 48 hours if you have this problem. Tell customer service about the detail problem, to see whether it is operation problem, if it is product quality problem, we will arrange return for refund or return for exchange service. We will responsible for the shipping cost of return by post airmail. And we will also responsible for the shipping cost of resend you the package.
3) You order a wrong item and negotiate with our customer service to exchange for a right product, this exchange policy is also for you. But you need pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you.
2. In which situation we do not accept the return?
The package damage by yourself in using. We provide one year warranty for our products. In this situation, you can send us for repair, but you need responsible for both shipping cost.
3. Return for Exchange
1) Exchange for free: If your products encounter crash in delivery, we will exchange it for free for you and undertake the shipping cost for you ship item back to us through simple airmail.
2) Mis-ordered products: If you order a wrong item and plan to exchange for you want, then just contact our customer service for help,if we can exchange for you, you need to pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you.
3) Physical Damaged Items: If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide exchange service for you. But you can return for repair.
