Return Policy

Details about Return Policy at

Autel has many online and offline authorized dealers. If customers purchase products and update services through, please contact our customer service ( directly to inquire about maintenance and after-sale services. Other authorized dealer websites may not be able to provide after-sale services for you due to purchase channel. 
First, the item you received has quality problem.

If the product you receive can not work once you receive it or it encounters crash in delivery, please contact us within 48 hours after you got it. Our customer service will arrange free exchange or return service for you.
We have a 30 days return policy. All parts must be returned within 30 days of delivery.  We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. After you send the package back, please share us the exact tracking details so that we could track the package online and get it back in prompt. 

PS: After 30 days. we can only provide repair service for all items with quality problem. 
      If you insist to send your device back, You need to pay for the registration cacellation for the device yourself because this is high amount. we can not help to afford it. 

Second, you are not satisfied with the item you buy at

We can also accept return within 30 days if you not satisfied with the item you bought, you can get partial refund (minus the shipping cost,10% handling cost, and cost on items activated if the product needs activating), or exchange to another item you want. Customer need responsible for both shipping fee.
Third, you order a wrong item from us.

If you order a wrong item, and you wish to return it back to get a refund or exchange. You need to afford the shipping cost yourself, and we will deduct you 10% handling fees from the payment.
Because this is not hardware problem. So before you order an item, think about it very carefully to avoid these kinds of issues.
Also the package must be fully packed and returned back within 7 days since you get it. please notice 
Fourth, we send you the wrong item.

We will be responsible 100% for any fee caused by this. You can return the wrong item back to us to get full refund or resend you the right item, and we pay the shipping cost to send back.

Notice: Buyer could return back the package to close the registration freely and get refund within one month since they have their package. If over one month, we can not close the registration freely. Need to pay 70USD-200USD for this (the exact amount depends on the device you bought). If the buyer insist to send it back, must afford this cost themselves. If not, we can not accept return and refund.

How much will be my refund?

Refunds will only be issued on the part itself minus any discounts and/or restocking fees. Outgoing shipping charges are not refundable for any reason. 

What is our guarantee policy?

The guarantee of our most products is one year. And we guarantee our product in a good condition before shipping out, our QC stuff will carefully do quality check and paste our own QC label on every product.

Lost Products: If products get lost in delivery, or you still don’t get your item for a long time, please contact our customer service timely. We will deal with this ASAP. Please do not deal with it all by yourself, we want you to communicate with us. Usually, we will provide tracking number and tracking link timely. If products get lost on the way and we get confirm from couriers, we will arrange redelivery for your products. If you want ship it through express, then you need to pay express shipping fee.

What is the repair policy?

First, When your product encounters broken after using some days and need repair, we will provide repair service for you.

Second, Please contact with customers service about the repair.

Third, You need to use ordinary airmail to send the item back to us, after we fix it, we will send it back to you. We will not charge you for ordinary airmail ship
back, but if you ask for express shipping, you need to pay for this.

Where you shall send back the package to?

We have warehouse in UK, Hongkong and Shenzhen. Items will be sent from those 3 warehouse. No matter where the package was sent out to you. If you want to return it back, you can only send back to Shenzhen warehouse. Other address are not acceptable. 

At last, in some particular situation, our return policy can be open for you after our customer service learning your particular problem. Please contact our customer service for this situation.
