Bought an expensive scanner from Autel and the vci unit decided to pack in after 10 months
Spoke to queena and she/he said to return the vci unit to China for repair but this was not possible because I firstly didn’t see why I should bear the cost of the postage and secondly because my vci was still working if I plugged it in to the scanner but Autel wouldn’t lend me one in the meantime so it would have rendered my scanner unusable during the repair and postage time which I could not afford.
Do not buy one of Autel products as there is no warranty, you have been warned!

A couple of things , I brought a AL619 EU and I'm finding it very confusing as do i need to do an data update on it and if so how, I've registered it on line but cant seem to do anything with it regarding updates. It has a ts card but what is that for ? At the moment until i get some answers im giving it a one star with the feeling i may return it for a refund,

I bought mine in 2018 to fix the air bag light on an 06 Kia Sorento, job done well!
I recently used it on a Chinese motor bike, Bullit Hero 125cc 2019 which has an ODB 2 connetor to my surprise and it worked perfectly on that, it did O2 sensor, TPS % and a few other bits and it turned the MIL light off which was very handy.
I used it on a Peugeot 3008 1.6 diesel to clear injector faults turn and off MIL light!
It has been a very handy tool and done well for the sub £100!

As the above two reviews it is for a Kia ceed 1.6 crdi (2011 model) with the previous vin details and once again it was for reading and resetting are airbag codes
