I bought a md808 pro from you for dpf regeneration and oil service light reset on fiat 500 1.3. I have installed the latest software, when i do dpf regeneration on fiat 500 1.3 it gets to 100% then says regeneration not complete probable cause not defined i have spoken to https://www.auteltech.com they cant understand why its doing this, i need some help please

Also what is the exact car model and could you provide the VIN number of it?
What is the exact function you need to do?
Is it convenient for you to take a small video to show me how you test the car and get the error step by step?
Then i will ask Autel engineer to be sure the problem.

Device was fully updated before connecting it to vehicle. And yes i did register it through autel website. Car in question is opel astra j 2012. Sorry will not post my vin nor will i connect the device to my car anymore because it will instantly mess up can bus communication between modules.

So the device can be powered up, but can not do your vehicle opel astra j 2012, is it? have you tried on the other vehicle model?
